
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is always my priority. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, I offer a straightforward returns policy in accordance with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel and Return
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your physical product without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In its original condition, unused and in the same packaging you received it in.
Returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your wish to cancel.
How to Request a Return
Notify me: To exercise your right to cancel, please email me at victoria@victoriaphipps.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return (optional).
Return the item(s): Once you have notified me, you have another 14 days to return the goods to the address outlined in my email. Please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Items that are returned damaged may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount.
Return Postage
You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s). I recommend using a trackable postal service, as I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item(s) and confirmed they are in original condition, I will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) purchased, excluding any original delivery charges. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Exclusions
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made prints: Any items that are made to your specific requirements, such as custom-size prints or personalised artwork, cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Digital products: If you have purchased any digital downloads, these are non-refundable once delivered.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) at victoria@victoriaphipps.com, with photographs showing the damage or fault. I will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.
